The centre of thalassotherapy is on a human scale. It is henceforth a separate centre since the rehabilitation centre and that of thalassotherpy were separated from this year. It is a good thing because it was sometimes little restful to make a cure of reshaping or relaxation in a centre where also circulated people having hydrotherapy walking with crutches or in wheelchair.

The Thalasstonic hotel is attached to the spa by a very long subterranean corridor with stairs. Pay attention if you have difficulty walking. The corridor leads to the reception of the centre of thalassotherapy where regrettably people arrive from outside with their shoes on. If you are wearing bathrobe and sandals you may be surprised. It is an inconvenience regarding hygiene.
You want to join the centre of thalassotherapy by the outside? You′re done in 400 metres, by a charming coastal path leading you there.
If you′re craving for peace, elate yourself with the iodated air by relaxing in front of the sea.

The restaurant of the Clos de Vallombreuse would make the best chefs go green with jealousy. It proposes excellent value for money menus as well as delicacies.
The Chef marvellously combines products of the region and of the sea.
Delicacies to be discovered in the sophisticated atmosphere of the large dining room, in the intimacy of the particular lounges or on the summer terrace with a sea sight in season. Grills, salads and ice creams are served there in summer.
Sports et leisures : If you like walking: departure from Tréboul, towards the beach of White Sands and the coastal path overhanging the bay of Douarnenez, towards the museum of the boat, the town centre of Douarnenez, and the fishing port, by the bridge stepping over the ria of Port-Rhu.
Maritime strolls: sailing boat, discovery cruises of the Bay of Douarnenez with its sea caves, bird sanctuary of the cape Sizun, excursions towards islands, island of Sein, islands of Glenan, Ouessant, Molène, Odet.
